Refund policy

Fresh Products
If you have purchased any of our fresh products and are requesting a refund due to;
- You being unhappy with its quality, you will need to inform us of the case within 12 hours of receiving the product/s. Please email us at support@harrowhouse.lk or call/whatsapp us at our hotline along with supporting evidence (photographs or any other) detailing the issue. Upon receipt of your request, and subsequent review of it, you may be requested to drop off the product at our store at 315, Vauxhall Street, Colombo 2. After review and we deem that your request is valid, we will make a full refund. Please note that the refund process will be done via the online store and cannot be processed at the return store. The refund will be processed between 7-10 working days.
- Any other reason, you will need to drop off the product at our store at 315, Vauxhall Street, Colombo 2 within 24 hours of receipt. After receipt of the product, we will make a full refund withholding the fees incurred for delivery. Please note that the refund process will be done via the online store and cannot be processed at the return store. The refund will be processed between 7-10 working days.
Dry Products
If you believe that the product you received is in a damaged condition or if the packaging appears to be tampered with or damaged prior to delivery, we kindly request that you refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Additionally, please contact our dedicated customer care team at our hotline or email us at support@harrowhouse.lk, mentioning your Order ID.
If you require to return the item due to another reason, we request you to drop off the product at our store at 315, Vauxhall Street, Colombo 2 within 7 days of receipt.
