At Harrow House, we strive to provide you with products of the highest quality. However, we understand that there may be instances where you receive a damaged product. In such cases, we have a hassle-free refund policy in place to address your concerns.
Fresh Products
If you have purchased any of our fresh products and are requesting a refund due to;
Dry Products
If you believe that the product you received is in a damaged condition or if the packaging appears to be tampered with or damaged prior to delivery, we kindly request that you refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Additionally, please contact our dedicated customer care team at our hotline here or email us at support@harrowhouse.lk, mentioning your Order ID.
If you require to return the item due to another reason, we request you to drop off the product at our store located at 305, Vauxhall Street, Colombo 2 within 24 business hours of receipt. (We will accept returns, Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm and Saturday between 9:00am and 12:30pm). After receipt of the product, we will make a full refund withholding the fees incurred for delivery. Please note that the refund process will be done via the online store and cannot be processed at the return store. The refund will be processed between 7-10 working days.
