Harrow House delivers from Monday to Saturday every week, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery charges are calculated based on the type of order (Fresh, Dry, or Both), the weight of the products, and the delivery address. 

During the checkout process, you will be able to view the applicable shipping charges after entering your delivery address.


Harrow House offers delivery services to all major cities in Sri Lanka. 

However, fresh products are delivered only to Colombo Metro Areas and its suburbs. To check if we deliver to your city, please type your City/Town in the "City" part of the delivery address at checkout. 

If your city is not listed, kindly contact us to inquire about delivery feasibility.

Fresh orders will be generally delivered within 24 hours. Dry orders will be delivered within 24-72 hours, depending on your location. 

If your order contains both fresh and dry items, the delivery will be processed according to the Fresh order guidelines.


For dry products, a total of 3 delivery attempts will be made, and for fresh products, there will be 2 attempts.

If delivery fails due to unavailability of persons at the delivery location, the items will be sent back to the store at 315 Vauxhall Street, Colombo 2.

In such cases, please contact us for a refund or to arrange a pick-up. 

Please note that delivery charges will still apply in the case of a pick-up or refund.


It is crucial to provide an accurate delivery address and a functioning phone number. Our delivery partner will attempt to call you when close to your location.

If you are unhappy with the quality of any fresh product, you must inform us within 12 hours of receiving it. Please contact us via email at or call/WhatsApp us on our hotline, providing supporting evidence such as photographs of the issue. After reviewing your request and validating it, we will process a full refund. The refund will be made through the online store and may take 7-10 working days.

If you need to return an item for any reason other than that of q quality concern, then you will need to drop off the product at our store at 315, Vauxhall Street, Colombo 2 within 24 hours of receipt. 

After we receive the product and verify its condition, we will proceed with a full refund, excluding the delivery fees. Please note that the refund process will be conducted through the online store only and may take 7-10 working days.


If you receive a dry product in a damaged condition or notice tampered packaging before delivery, kindly refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person.
