Upon receipt of your request, and subsequent review of it, you may be requested to drop off the product at our store at 315, Vauxhall Street, Colombo 2. After review and we deem that your request is valid, we will make a full refund. Please note that the refund process will be done via the online store and cannot be processed at the return store. The refund will be processed between 7-10 working days.
- Any other reason, you will need to drop off the product at our store at 315, Vauxhall Street, Colombo 2 within 24 hours of receipt. After receipt of the product, we will make a full refund withholding the fees incurred for delivery. Please note that the refund process will be done via the online store and cannot be processed at the return store. The refund will be processed between 7-10 working days.
