If you believe that the product you received is in a damaged condition or if the packaging appears to be tampered with or damaged prior to delivery, we kindly request that you refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Additionally, please contact our dedicated customer care team at our hotline or email us atΒ support@harrowhouse.lk, mentioning your Order ID.

If you require to return the item due to another reason, we request you to drop off the product at our store at 315, Vauxhall Street, Colombo 2 within 7 days of receipt. After receipt of the product, we will make a full refund withholding the fees incurred for delivery. Please note that the refund process will be done via the online store and cannot be processed at the return store. The refund will be processed between 7-10 working days.
