Ingredients
-
Kosher salt
-
6–8 lime wedges
-
450 g Berry Much fresh strawberries, hulled
-
1 cup tequila
-
2/3 cup fresh lime juice
-
1/3 cup honey
-
1/4 cup orange liqueur
Directions
Pour kosher salt into a shallow, wide dish, about 1/4 inch deep.
Rub a lime wedge around the rim of each glass. Dip the rims into the salt, turning to coat evenly. Set the glasses aside.
In a blender, combine strawberries, tequila, lime juice, honey, and orange liqueur. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
Let the blended mixture rest for about 3 minutes, then skim off any foam. Adjust sweetness or tequila to taste if needed.
Fill the prepared glasses halfway with ice and pour in the margarita mixture.
Garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately. Enjoy!
