Roll out a sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until it's about 1/8 inch thick.
Evenly spread Berry Much Whole Fruit Strawberry Jam over the pastry sheet
Roll the pastry from both sides towards the center.
Place the rolled pastry in the fridge for 30 minutes.
After chilling, slice the pastry roll into 1/2-inch pieces.
Arrange the pieces on a baking tray and sprinkle sugar on top.
